Privacy policy

It is Brongwyn Holidays' policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and email address or telephone number, is private and confidential and will not be passed on to any third party.

The personal information you provide is stored securely, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provided it — for example, to manage your pitch booking and contact you about your stay.

Online booking

If you use our online booking form, we store the details you enter (your name, contact details, vehicle registration, party size and dates) so that we can manage your booking. We don't use them for marketing.

Maps and external sites

Our Find Us page only loads Google Maps if you choose to show the map. Links to Pitchup, Facebook and other websites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
